The third annual Rock the Pantry will be held on Saturday, November 15 at the Hangar on the Hudson. It’s an incredible night of performances to raise funds for Oakwood’s weekly Food Pantry and other programming, featuring a jam packed lineup of local artists!

Donate a nonperishable food item at the show!
The Food Pantry provides more than three days worth of meals up to two times a month for families in Rensselaer County, mostly coming from in and around the Oakwood neighborhood. Weekly in 2025, the pantry has been serving 50-60 households per week, with 1000-1200 meals provided every Saturday. The number of folks coming to our pantry continues to grow, while vital funding we rely on to purchase food has been cut.
Please bring non-perishable items and hygiene/cleaning supplies to donate! These can include canned goods and soups, rice (in single boxes, not in bulk), and soaps, shampoos, dish soap, or other household cleaners.
